Our exceptionally experienced staff and Semi-automatic Contact Systems CS400 provide a high quality and reliable service, minimizing operator error and producing zero defect products. Mutual Solutions’ static controlled environment, combined with our skilled wave solder and selective solder mechanic, certified to IPC-A-610 and insures minimal returns and speedy turn around.
Mutual Solutions leaded and lead free wave solder equipment ensures excellent soldering of every board with a 18” maximum width.
SMT Services
Our high accuracy Universal placement equipment provides quality placements for all types of components as well as the flexibility to complete prototypes and production requirements. We utilize two Universal assembly lines with the ability to place 15,000 components per hour with 25 µm accuracy, to produce high reliability products. Every SMT placement is AOI inspected to insure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
